Free Consultation 

If you are considering a home birth, looking for spiritual birth support or ready to bring healing into your life, I would love to meet with you and talk about your needs and questions.  This will be a lovely opportunity to see if we will want to work together during your pregnancy and birth or with you on your healing journey .  We can connect over the phone, through zoom video conferencing, meet in person to grab a cup of tea together in your area, or you can come to my home office to discuss your needs.

Midwifery Care

Once we decide to work together, we will begin monthly visits during the 1st or 2nd trimesters and then switch to bi-weekly visits at the beginning of your third trimester. Come 36 weeks, we will begin seeing each other every week until your birth.  I will be available to answer questions by phone and email throughout your pregnancy and will be on call for your birth starting at 37 weeks. I will be present at your labor, birth and after for several hours.  I will return to check on you and your new baby at day 1, 3, and 5 and then at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks post partum. My care includes drawing necessary labs, breastfeeding support, and education about available choices.  All of my in person clients receive access to my coursework, flower essence support throughout their care, and options for ceremony work and bodywork.

Holistic Healing with Flower Essences 

All of my clients receive holistic healing support with custom flower essence formulas that I craft through my partnership with Gaia and the sacred plants, flowers and trees.  I work with clients over 3 or more one on one sessions to craft individualized formulas that will support deep emotional, spiritual and physical well being and vitality throughout your entire system.  If you are ready to see changes start happening in your life and ready to dive deep into birthing your new reality, I cannot wait to guide you through a profound personal transformation and witness your rebirth with the miraculous support of these potent flower essences.

 

The Holistic Pregnancy: Empowered Birth Course

I am pleased to offer in person as well as remote guidance of my signature coursework journey that I crafted to address pregnancy as birth as a sacred rites of passage. This course is designed to prepare both first time mothers as well as seasoned birthing mothers for birth as an initiation gateway to inspire healing and wellness in the family line.  This course provides a map for navigating wounding patterns from the past that directly effect the experience of labor, birth, and the postpartum period.  By learning new tools and resources to gain self awareness and through a pathway of ancestral healing, this course work wishes to provide a healing experience that empowers women and helps to stop intergenerational trauma from being unconsciously passed down to our children. Pregnancy and Post Partum Massage & Bodywork

As a certified Massage therapist since 2006, I am happy to offer massage prenatally as well as after your birth.  I will use extra pillows and have you side lying on the table when you are pregnant or use my pregnancy cushioning with belly and breast cutouts so you can safely lie facedown depending on your comfort and needs.  Relaxation and nurturing are wonderful ways to love yourself and your body during or after your pregnancy.  Being trained in many types of bodywork, we can design a session that is perfect for what you are looking for.  I prefer to offer this work from my home office at the Rose Light Sanctuary in Sullivan, ME.

Infant Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a supportive and gentle way to help new babies work out any body holding or trauma they may have experienced in the womb or during the birthing process.  Babies with Torticolis, breast feeding issues, colic, or even irritability may greatly benefit from a Cranial Sacral session.  Please inquire for more information.

Placenta Encapsulation

I am pleased to offer Placenta Encapsulation Services to the community.  I use the Traditional Chinese Medicine method of preparation and believe in the usefulness and power of this medicine in helping mothers stay balanced and strong after their birth.  I like to prepare the medicine and have it back to mothers by no later than day 3 after their birth and can usually pick up and deliver from your birthing location or home.  Please call or email to inquire.
